St. Mary's follows the behavioural model of  Mindfields Of Behaviour which is a set of rules and regulations that establish and define boundaries within which to exhibit responsible behaviour patterns. Students not complying with the set of rules are then placed on Four Steps of increasing degrees of consequences.

Overarching this program is the acronym RESPECT which spells out a students Rights, Fair Play and Responsibility to care for others and to "Grow in Love".
